In early 2009, the CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) went into effect and essentially wiped out the youth market in the motorcycle industry by banning sales of certain youth motorcycles and ATV’s due to lead content limit. While the Act does have some validity, it in no way should include motorcycle and ATV vehicles and/or parts for children 12 and under (unless your kids are actually chewing, licking or swallowing parts of their bikes). All former and current motocross/supercross champions got their start as kids in this sport and the future of our sport relies on the youth. Now is your chance to stand up for your rights and demand the ban be lifted. The Caution t-shirts are made of 100% cotton AND we used Phthalate free ink, meaning it is ok if your kids like to chew on their t-shirts. Machine wash.
