Returns: All Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You must return all items within 30 days of receiving them. The items will be inspected for appropriate resale (not used, original packaging, etc) before the refund is issued. There are no returns allowed for closeout items. See below for Exchanges.

Exchanges: We will gladly exchange items. Return the items with a copy of your invoice. Please list sizes and colors you would like in exchange on the invoice. A shipping fee of $5.99 to $13.99 may be charged to send the new items back to you if they were shipped correctly. There are no exchanges/Returns for closeout items. All 2005 Thor, Fox, Oneal, MSR, Answer, Troy Lee, AXO, Acerbis clothings/accessories are on closeout and any other items specified on the website. Please allow up to 4-5 business days for exchanges to be processed after receipt of the exchange, in the worst case.
If there is a discrepancy in your order, you must notify our customer service department at (800) 961-4466 ext 2 within 48 hours from the receipt of the merchandise. Any items that are returned damaged or used (not including factory defects) will not be accepted, and freight charges will be charged to the customer. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for closeout items.

BACKORDERS
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. In this event, you will be emailed notification of the backorder and the expected waiting period.
