How do I return or exchange an item?

Warranty Claims: We will assist with warranty issues; however, all warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing.

  1. All returns must be in new condition and include all original manufacturer's packaging
  2. Call 1-866-924-4268 to request a Return Authorization (RA). We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RA.
  3. Please request your RA within 48 of delivery date. RA requests after 2 days are at our discretion.
  4. Returns must be received within 30 days of the RA issue date.
  5. For Exchanges, please print a copy of your invoice and write down what Color/Size you would like.
  6. Please return item to:
