Returns
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Call 1-800-961-4466 to request a Return Authorization (RA) within 48 hours of delivery date. (Exception: During the Holiday Season, any orders placed between Oct 2009 - Dec 2009, may be Returned and/or Exchanged til January 15, 2010). We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RA#. You must return items within 15 days of receiving an RA# or it will be refused. The items will be inspected for appropriate resale (not used, original packaging, etc) before the refund is issued. Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. For merchandise purchased with a gift card as the sole payment method, we will refund the balance due to you back to the same or new gift card.
Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:
- Labor and/or installation services
- Personalized items (Ex. custom graphics, wheels)
- Items that are used, missing tags or original packaging
- Casual Apparel and Accessories
- Opened or used electronic items
- Gift Cards
- Close Out Items
Exchanges
Call 1-800-961-4466 to request a Return Authorization (RA). Return the items with a copy of your invoice. Please list Sizes and/or Colors you would like in exchange on the invoice. A shipping fee of $5.99 to $13.99 will be charged to send the new items back to you if they were shipped correctly. Please allow up to 5 business days for exchanges to be processed after receipt of the exchange.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all order cancellations, returns, and special order products. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
